Online Active Ageing Plan

If you are an older adult and would like to get active then this is the program for you. This personalised 4 week plan aims to develop mobility and flexibility allowing for better quality of movement, while aiming to improve muscular strength for support and balance. 

This plan includes:

  • A choice of receiving Teaching videos with detailed instructions for every exercise OR I can post out a booklet with detailed exercise pictures and instructions for every exercise. Ultimately it’s whatever way you prefer to see the instructions. 
  • 4 sessions per week incorporating mobility, flexibility, and resistance training.
  • Nutritional advice will be provided throughout
  • Weekly reviews to track progress 

 

*This plan requires some weights/dumbbells*

if you have no dumbbells, small weighted household objects will also be fine (e.g. milk cartons).

 

  • Receiving Your Personalised Plan

    An email will be sent to you after purchase to personalise your plan.

    You will then decide how you want to view your plan (digitally or physical copy)

    You will then receive your plan (physical copies will take up to a week to make up and post)
