4 Week Online Muscle Building Plan
If you're looking to build muscle at home, then this is the plan for you.
This plan includes:
- A choice of receiving teaching videos with detailed instructions for every exercise OR a booklet can be posted to you with detailed exercise pictures and instructions for every exercise. Ultimately it’s whatever way you prefer to see the instructions.
- 2 HIIT sessions, 1 Abs session & 3 Strength sessions per week
- Personalised nutritional meal plans
