This plan includes:

  • A variety of training sessions including intervals, tempo runs and strength sessions. Strength sessions will include video tutorials with detailed teaching points for each exercise.
  • Nutritional help & advice to maximise your running performance

    You will then decide how you want to view your plan (digitally or physical copy)
